Cos'ê la KYC?
L'obiettivo della procedura KYC è di impedire la creazione di account falsi, per usi criminali, in particolare verso il settore finanziario. In LutinX abbiamo adottato questa procedura per ridurre al minimo il rischio di frode.
Perchè mi devo identificare?
Richiediamo a chi vuole emettere credenziali Digitali, BBadges, di provare la sua identità ed Accreditarsi in EdVerso, per rispetto dell'ecosistema di professionisti a cui avrai accesso. Con l'identità verificata l'ente avrà poi una Spunta BLU vicino al suo nome.
Come è possibile che non usate le Cryptomonete?
Ancora nel 2018 abbiamo sviluppato una serie di livelli tecnologici unici che ci permettono di utilizzare la Blockchain SENZA le crypto-monete. Grazie a questa nostra peculiarità siamo altresí AML-Compliance, ovvero supportiamo la lotta al Riciclaggio di denaro.
Per la Corte di Cassazione infatti, le crypto-Monete sono un prodotto finanziario e come tale anche gli operatori informatici o le software house che le propongono, dovrebbero essere assoggettate ai controlli ed ispezioni finanziarie.
Come funziona una Credenziale digitale nei BBadges?
Ogni BBadge, a parte l'elemento grafico che lo contraddistingue, racchiude dati immutabili scritti direttamente dentro la rete Blockchain - nel suo Hashcode - nel momento di creazione dello Stesso.
Il dato tokenizzato dei BBadges, in forma crittografata, include l'identità dell'Emittente e del Ricevente, la data del rilascio, l'oggetto/titolo del BBadge, la Descrizione e la licenza d'uso (Creative Common Licenses).
